Option 2 adopts a linear spine concept, integrating key recreational spaces—such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens—along the central axis. This approach enhances visibility and accessibility while ensuring seamless flow across the elongated site.
Both layouts carefully divide plots with generous frontages, promote privacy, and provide smooth vehicular and pedestrian movement.
