Sanghavi Farm House

Designing this larger than life villa was mainly about clean lines, geometric forms, and a balanced composition. The villa’s façade features a combination of smooth stucco, textured stone, and wooden panelings, enhancing both warmth and elegance.

Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels maximize natural light while establishing a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The structure is composed of two symmetrical wings separated by a central volume, possibly housing the main entrance or a grand living space.

Multiple terraces and overhang balconies offer private outdoor retreats, reinforcing the villa’s connection with nature. The design incorporates open-plan living spaces, fostering fluid movement and a sense of spaciousness.

The lush greenery and carefully curated landscaping soften the villa’s modern geometry and create a tranquil atmosphere. A luxurious infinity-edge swimming pool serves as a focal point in the backyard, complemented by lounge areas and elegant outdoor furniture.

The interplay of materials, textures, and outdoor elements, we believe resulted in a luxurious yet inviting residence, perfect for contemporary living.
