The master planning of this 25-acre development was a meticulous response to a naturally contoured and uneven site. The primary design challenge lay in optimizing plot distribution while navigating the site’s irregular topography and ensuring fluid connectivity throughout. As architects, our focus was to strike a balance between maximizing the number of saleable plots and preserving the spatial quality of shared community infrastructure.
The layout features a well-integrated road network that provides seamless vehicular and pedestrian access to every plot while minimizing wastage of land.
Central to the plan is a vibrant community core that includes a clubhouse with rooms, party lawn, sports complex, and nursery. These amenities are strategically placed to be within walking distance from most plots, creating a strong sense of community. The entrance is thoughtfully designed with a cafeteria, lily pond, and walking trail, creating a welcoming transition from public to private spaces.
The southern edge of the site features a cycling track and a plaza that run along the river, turning the natural edge into a recreational spine. Additionally, a garden at the southwestern tip provides a peaceful green retreat for residents.
In essence, this master plan transforms a challenging terrain into a cohesive, accessible, and vibrant residential community, one that is grounded in functionality while allowing for leisure, connection, and future growth.
